H.R. 1 will slash over $1 billion from Santa Clara County’s healthcare system, threatening to close ERs, trauma centers, mental health services, cancer treatment and more.
Measure A is the local solution. It’s a temporary, 5-year fix that protects $330 million a year to keep hospitals open, with every dollar staying here in Santa Clara County.
When emergencies happen, minutes matter. Without Measure A, care could be miles away instead of minutes away. Everyone is at risk.
